I am a past client of this provider They could have had more qualified people as the first two we had been wonderful. There needed to consistently have the same caregiver is easier on the patient. Every time someone came out, we almost always had a different person. As a result, we had to tell them everything all over again.

I am a current client of this provider When they need a caregiver to come out, we can call and have one there. I like the flexibility and they are there when we need them. The billing is flexible as well.

I am a current client of this provider The caregiver is able to do some of the housework that me and my mom are not able to do or that cause pain. I am able to go to my doctor appointments while she's there, so my mom is not by herself. That is a great relief on my part. I like that I get one person. It's not a different person every time ad I am getting a schedule established so it's a certain schedule. That's helpful because I can make my appointments accordingly. I am a current client of this provider The services have helped me because I could not do certain tasks on my own and they help me accomplish the task I need to do. I would recommend SYNERGY HomeCare to anyone if they have the money to use them. The caregivers do their jobs well.
