I am a current client of this provider The caregiver helped me when I couldn't see because of my surgery. What I like about the agency the most is that the caregivers chauffeur me around when I'm not able to drive.

I am a current client of this provider She is very attentive, compassionate, and caring. We are having problems with our caregivers. Every time someone is out they assign her to fill that spot. I would like more consistency.

I am a current client of this provider They have limitations. To me, they are fulfilling their contract. I don't have any problems with them. They come and take care of the patient. So far they have done what they've promised.

I am a current client of this provider There is one specific nurse that he has because I requested for him not to have more than two. Damien treats him like family, talks to him, and takes him for walks. He found a friend in Damien. Mr. Damien has been out for a week, but he sent me a video to send to my brother that he misses him and is thinking about him. I like that they always call me to let me know what's going on or if they need to reschedule somebody.

I am a past client of this provider It is a good, secure feeling to know that someone is there to check on her if I am not there. They have always been extremely accommodating.

I am a current client of this provider Being more consistent with the caregivers is my biggest issue, but they do help out by providing bathing, meal prep, cleaning the bathroom, and keeping the floors clean. I'd like a more steady stream of caregivers and not switching up all the time since they don't keep enough staff.
