I am a current client of this provider They would come and change her and they would feed her. There were some that would come in and help the house. It just depended on the care worker. Something that has been a problem in the past, they would call me the day before they were supposed to show up to say that they couldn't show up.

I am a current client of this provider Synergy has helped us the most by keeping to the appointments of the caregivers. I'd tell a friend that I like that they keep me informed.

I am a current client of this provider They have helped me the most with taking care of my husband and everything that I would normally do on my own. It has given me a better quality of life. I have to help them lift my husband. If they had men or something that would be good, but I like the ladies that they send.

I am a past client of this provider It is hard to measure that because it doesn't matter where he is or who he is, it wouldn't be where he wants to be. For us, it was great. It seemed like a calling rather than a job. Every single person we dealt with were caring kind and empathetic.

I am a current client of this provider The agency has been very good about sending me my caregiver. She cleans, does my ADL's, and takes me places. I would like it if they would be better in scheduling. My caregiver was out of town and they did not have anyone come out to take care of me.

I am a current client of this provider The need to have more caregiver consistency. They should work on the commitment of the caregiver, if they are going to be committed to the assignment before you dispatch them they should let you know.
