I am a current client of this provider I would tell someone that SYNERGY is diligent and the caregivers are excellent. This care from SYNERGY has given me peace of mind.

Other Very attentive and caring people. From in-Office to the caregivers. They really helped my family in time of need. I would recommend anyone to them...they make you feel like family.

I am a past client of this provider He did not get the care he needed as they were not always there for him. They need to have their caregivers show up on time.

I am a past client of this provider I didn't trust her enough to leave her with my dad. She would talk all the time. They should have had somebody check-up. The girl did nothing.

I am a past client of this provider They could have provided the consistent care and caregivers daily. They needed to provide consistent care. They needed to have someone available on a daily basis.

I am a past client of this provider Caregivers need to know what their duties are, and should not need to be told what tasks to complete and each step to make. They should know what chores to complete on their own without direction. They should improve the way they speak with the clientele. They talked down to me, and not like an adult.

I am a current client of this provider Synergy caregivers are very cordial and knowledgeable. The office staff is difficult at best to work with. The scheduling of caregivers is based on what the office staff wants. Patient requests are generally ignored.
