I am a past client of this provider He did not get the care he needed as they were not always there for him. They need to have their caregivers show up on time.

I am a past client of this provider I didn't trust her enough to leave her with my dad. She would talk all the time. They should have had somebody check-up. The girl did nothing.

I am a past client of this provider They could have provided the consistent care and caregivers daily. They needed to provide consistent care. They needed to have someone available on a daily basis.

I am a past client of this provider Caregivers need to know what their duties are, and should not need to be told what tasks to complete and each step to make. They should know what chores to complete on their own without direction. They should improve the way they speak with the clientele. They talked down to me, and not like an adult.

I am a current client of this provider Synergy caregivers are very cordial and knowledgeable. The office staff is difficult at best to work with. The scheduling of caregivers is based on what the office staff wants. Patient requests are generally ignored.

I am a current client of this provider Everyone they have sent to me are capable of doing things and they are in their 50's and 60's but they do not want to do things. The girls don't know how to do anything.

I am a past client of this provider They could be more consistent with the caregivers. They had time issues. They also kept switching providers. They would send a different one every time.

I am a current client of this provider The first caregiver that came didn't help at all, but the sub that they sent never sat down. I wasn't happy with the caregivers because they sent a 20 year old. She would be here for a day and then not come back for a while.
