I am a current client of this provider When I have my regular caregiver, it is excellent. She anticipates my needs. Some of the substitutes have been bad. They are responsive.

I am a past client of this provider They took me to my medical appointments. The services were great, but they still owe me a couple of hundred dollars and I cannot get a hold of them.

I am a current client of this provider They could just keep doing what they are doing. She washes her hair. I like that they sent out a really nice lady, mom really likes her.

I am a current client of this provider We used Synergy Homecare for my parents. It was great and they were helpful. They came out and did a concise but effective evaluation and they were able to provide someone within less than a week to get started. They do care, so they come in and help with the bathing, nutrition, and just making sure that they get settled for the night. The billing seemed professional. I am a past client of this provider I chose Synergy to care for my mother with Alzheimer's. She was in the final stages and becoming difficult for us as family. Synergy Admin and Care giving staff was kind and compassionate. Stepping right in and working wonders with my mother. The respect and consideration shown to mom and the family alike, was beyond our expectations. I HIGHLY recommend Synergy Vancouver to anyone in need of assistance.

I am a past client of this provider Synergy Homecare kept giving me all young ones that know nothing and didn't want to do anything. The caregivers just upset me. They wouldn't do anything but text message all the time. They even embarrassed me in my doctor's office. They went in the office with me and had their cellphones on. The agency didn't do anything about it. Their coordinator even came out to my house and told the girl in front of me that I had to have rehab. But then the next day she didn't come back.
