I am a current client of this provider Their company is composed of the people on the schedule and the office manager; they seem to go through a lot of people, and some of the people don't have professionalism and don't take care of the issues. They could have more people available for shifts; if somebody has to call off, they should have more people that are qualified to stand in for that shift.

I am a past client of this provider Synergy Homecare kept giving me all young ones that know nothing and didn't want to do anything. The caregivers just upset me. They wouldn't do anything but text message all the time. They even embarrassed me in my doctor's office. They went in the office with me and had their cellphones on. The agency didn't do anything about it. Their coordinator even came out to my house and told the girl in front of me that I had to have rehab. But then the next day she didn't come back.
