I am a current client of this provider They make life easier for me as the daughter because I am appreciative that someone is in and out of the house. Other people have eyes on her aside from just me. It allows me to be more of a daughter than a caregiver. It has been impactful. The only thing that I would say, is that they can't find help. This particular agency is harder than others I would imagine.

They don't only come in, do whatever they have to do, and leave, they keep a log so that there's a continuous record of what they've done, which can be used to figure out what the best next step might be, or what happens when. If somebody's not feeling well one week, they can go back and see how the previous week went. They match the caregiver to the individual who's being cared for.
