I am a current client of this provider I like that they go above and beyond what you would normally expect. They find out what he wants to do and encourage him to do what he should be doing with good care and good to see him laughing. I like that they allow job shadowing and if someone new is coming in they have a better idea of how to handle the patient.

I am a current client of this provider Our current caregiver has an outstanding personality and work ethic, and that's why it has been a positive experience. I would like to see more skilled backup caregivers. It takes so long to explain all of our needs before the substitute caregivers can really get started. They could keep notes on what each client needs, so the substitute caregivers can just step in.
