I am a current client of this provider The flexibility of the scheduling is great. Our young man's schedule is constantly changing. The staff member seems to connect with him, and he is difficult to connect with.

I am a current client of this provider I'm really happy with the caregiver. She is great and patient. I'm not the most organized person and have depression and PTSD. She walks into things and has the patience of a saint. There were a couple mixups on Synergy's side. I played a part in it, too.

I am a current client of this provider They come during the hours of the night and do what we need them to do. I like that they just fill out needs in a quality way.

I am a current client of this provider They help so that my sister and brother-in-law can take a vacation. They don't have to worry about me or my mother. They could let me know ahead of time who is on the schedule for the evening, or if they need to change personnel.
