I am a current client of this provider I had an issue with one of the workers, and I did not want to talk to the worker. I told them about that, and they said that they would talk to them. When I asked the worker, she said that they did not. I would like a quicker call backs and the workers to be more aware and hardworking.

I am a current client of this provider The agency shows up on time, and they give me good caregivers. The people show up when they say they will.

I am a current client of this provider I have trouble getting the people to follow directions. They do not know very much about cleaning. They need to better train their newer caregivers.

I am a current client of this provider They help clean my house, and she does very well. They are so good, and they help me a lot.

I am a current client of this provider She cares about me and listens. The young lady that comes, who is not that young, is very kind, funny, helpful, and she is really just a sweet person.

I am a current client of this provider They could allow their staff to give medication. They were able to help with 24-hour care when needed.

I am a current client of this provider The first caretaker we had come in, we thought it would be convenient for her to come from a client from across the road. We requested her, but we didn't know she was a smoker, and we requested not to have a smoker initially. That was a problem right up front. With the light cleaning jobs we had her do, she wouldn't do the whole thing. We've only had the second one now for two weeks. I am a current client of this provider My life is much easier. For the last five years, I have gotten up every morning, given my husband a sponge bath, and have taken him to work. I would take him to work, and my children all work, so it was hard for them to help. I like to sleep in a little bit, and I have been able to do that since getting SYNERGY HomeCare. They do not do anything to bother us. We needed somebody to take care of him, and they found somebody. It was very well done.
