I am a current client of this provider I think that they could have better communication with us. They have helped the most with being consistency and not changing anything on us as well.

I am a current client of this provider The caregiver likes working and she also enjoys the people around her. It's great. The lady who is currently helping me is great.

I am a past client of this provider There was nothing wrong with it. They helped her with showering and laundry. I liked that they communicated well.

I am a past client of this provider It depended on the caregivers. Two were excellent, and the others were so so. Below average for the paperwork though. When you have long term insurance, they go by fax or mail, not email. They didn't know how to fax it over. The agency needs to learn how to fax something for care insurance.

I am a current client of this provider I am not sure how my caregivers could have a greater impact. They have helped me the most with transportation for appointments. The agency needs to improve the setting up in communication of days and times. That always seems to be a little tricky.

I am a current client of this provider For me, I liked knowing that someone was there once a week. The first contact person that I had was very easy to communicate with.
