I am a current client of this provider They help me with things such as doing dishes, ironing, and cleaning. They have improved my health allergy-wise because they are dusting. They have been really easy to work with, have been pretty good with their communication and have been good about making sure that they come for every shift. They are on time for their shifts.

I am a current client of this provider It has a big impact because I can't bend down to clean the tub or do my laundry. The caregiver is always on time and she does a good job. I am satisfied.

I am a current client of this provider It would be easier if I could have permission to drive to appointments myself. I think they are very good, I like my caregiver. Rachel was very good.

I am a past client of this provider Apparently they have no help, nobody wants to work. They are short handed and the person caring for her had quit I believe.

I am a past client of this provider The agency could have shown up when they were supposed to. This agency needs to communicate with the clients.

I am a past client of this provider I couldn't have done this without them. They were very responsive and I was extremely happy as to how loyal they were to taking care of Nick.

I am a past client of this provider The caregivers stayed with him until he passed. They were very receptive of his passing. One caregiver woke me up in the middle of the night to tell me he had stopped breathing. They were very thoughtful and respectful. They gave me and my daughter space. The caregivers were very professional and caring. They made my husband very comfortable, especially in the last 12 hours of his life.

I am a current client of this provider The care is generally pretty good, but I do not see Karen's exercise program being followed. She may resist it, but I would like them to make sure she is doing it and find other things to do to help her like talking. We appreciate the care that my wife has had. The caregivers have been very caring for Karen. Our current caregiver will always find something to do if Karen is asleep or ask me if they should wake her up. I am a current client of this provider They help by doing the bending and the lifting so I won't injure my back. They need to show up on their designated days instead of always calling in sick.
