I am a current client of this provider She is very attentive, compassionate, and caring. We are having problems with our caregivers. Every time someone is out they assign her to fill that spot. I would like more consistency.

I am a current client of this provider She doesn't want them there, so I don't think they can improve it. They have a quick response, and they always answer the phone. I feel comfortable working with them, and there is no long term contract.

I am a current client of this provider It's been helpful. The people they send are pleasant, and my mom has no complaints. They help with ADL's, walking and getting up. They get her meals. It's not too intensive. I like that they're consistent. Whenever I need care through my employer, Synergy is usually the one to sends someone over. I appreciate the consistency.

I am a current client of this provider I don't have to worry about my sister. They get her up, bathe her, clothe her, and give her medicine. I like that they have great people. They really care for my sister.

I am a current client of this provider I've always had the proper help. They are always there, and if they can't come, they provide a substitute. I like that they are very efficient. They call periodically.

I am a past client of this provider They mainly made meals for my loved one and took her on lots of walks which she loved doing, but they would do some housekeeping every now and then even though they didn't need to such as vacuuming around. There were a couple of caregivers that were amazing with her and one that was with her for the entire time, which we all really appreciated, so we would recommend them for the amazing workers and consistent care.
