I am a past client of this provider Just knowing someone was there with our loved one when we couldn't be there was the most helpful. It was a short amount of time, we didn't necessarily engage too much. It seemed like it was difficult to manage what the home help would do other than just sitting. We were just in between and didn't need a routine. It was easy to get a hold of people and easy to make a payment to them.
