I am a current client of this provider I like the caregiver, and it's been easy to get in touch with the office. I like that they have been consistent with follow up. I've had the same caregiver for the last year. They are reliable.

I am a current client of this provider They don't encourage the client to take a shower when they come in. They just go with the notes instead of trying strategies to persuade him to take a shower. Everything else, as far as cleaning and providing meals, is going smooth. It just started, so I am still trying to learn the healthcare organization. So far, everything is going good. Communication is effective, and I think everything is going smoothly.

Thank you Tasha for the feedback. Clients want their independence where they still have it. In this case, independence to make their own choices. It is in our plan of care to offer and suggest a shower/bath but we limit the persuasion before it causes any discomfort. The very last thing we want to do is make anyone feel uncomfortable in their own home. We aim to provide the best overall experience to our clients and will continue to make that the foundation of what we do.

I am a current client of this provider They have made my experience positive because I need somebody 24 hours a day and they're providing that. Since I need 24 hour service, I am never left alone like some other companies will do. I like that they provide good service. They're still providing it for me on a daily basis. Even when they're low staff, they seem to keep up what they promised.
