I am a current client of this provider I look forward to Wednesdays because that's when I get my showers. I can do some things for myself, I'm just looking for help with the things I can't do. I would recommend them. They are a very good company. They should just inform new clients of any cleaning products/supplies that they should have to help the girls.

I am a current client of this provider They check in and if I have questions or concerns, and they have great communication. They check in quite often which is a good thing.

I am a past client of this provider I liked all the caregivers. They were very nice and informed me of a lot of things. They have wonderful personalities, but one stands out as being not good at all. She sat on the porch on her phone all the time. They should just try to use one aide instead of a lot of different ones. It kind of interrupts your care.

I am a past client of this provider One of the ladies was really nice and very helpful, but she was elderly. So, I wasn't comfortable helping her to do heavy tasks. She was so sweet though. I don't want to be prejudiced, but I was hesitant to ask her things. I gave her easy tasks. They were easy to work with.

I am a current client of this provider I don't know how to start. It's less stress on my parents to have someone here and maintain a certain level of independence. They have great communication. They have professional, friendly, and hardworking staff, both administration and caregivers.

I am a current client of this provider SYNERGY HomeCare has made my experience positive by being helpful and attentive. I would recommend SYNERGY HomeCare more if the caregivers had a little more initiative.

I am a current client of this provider When they are here, they get me to where I need to be. When I need someone, they always make sure that I get someone.
