I am a current client of this provider What they do is hugely important to us. When they do it right, it is wonderful, when they do it wrong, it is awful. I would like them to have consistency in caregivers. Weekends are unreliable.

I am a current client of this provider The caregiver from SYNERGY HomeCare helps me to do the things I cannot do anymore, such as me rearranging my cabinets and the little things I cannot do myself around the home. SYNERGY HomeCare is very friendly and has gotten me a caregiver to help me do some things. It took them a while to find a caregiver, but this lady is very nice to me and is helpful.

I am a current client of this provider A lady comes in once a week to help me clean. They set up where my husband can be paid to take me places. I like the people, they keep in touch with me. My nurse and case manager keeps really good track of things that need to be monitored.

I am a current client of this provider It is important that they come by, but I would like them to send someone to see if we click. I just wanted to have the same person come by, they told me I wasn't able to do that.

I am a current client of this provider There is a tremendous impact. I had a difficult situation and they helped me. I think they are wonderful. The first thing that clicked with me was how easy it was to talk to the manager. She listened and wasn't interrupting me.
