I am a current client of this provider She needs them 100%. She needs the caregiver, me, or my dad. If it weren't for the services, she would be in a nursing home. We want her home as much as possible. They follow up, all the time. They always answer the phone when you call. They can always get somebody in if the original caregiver can't come.

I am a current client of this provider She has helped me the most around the house by doing things we find hard to do. I like the job that the caregiver does here.

I am a past client of this provider There were some extenuating circumstances, and things changed daily. We were paying for people to be there while she was in the hospital to have a second set of eyes. There were a couple times where there was a misunderstanding, and things were pretty stressful. They were very accommodating.

I am a current client of this provider It lets me have some personal time and allows him to have visiting time. It gives him time that is all about him. They could improve their ability of having someone come on appointed days and having the same person come. Last week, I had to call two times, and I had no workers. This week, we are still up in the air because my regular worker is going on vacation.

I am a past client of this provider They took over the care of my parents when I could not. They were responsive, and they were quick to act. The caregivers were compassionate, kind, and professional.

I am a current client of this provider I think that if they were more into the housekeeping, that would be good. They probably have restrictions about that, but it seems to me that that is the weak point in the system. The rest of it is good. I would like them to improve their host care. None of their providers enjoy doing housework, and we have one on Mondays for housekeeping. We haven't found an agency that has really good housekeepers.

I am a current client of this provider My caregiver has been a companion since the beginning. They are very accommodating. I've had two surgeries, and yet I've had the same caregiver the whole time.

I am a current client of this provider I don't have to cook my breakfast and dinner. They need to pay their aide more so that they can retain more qualified employees.
