I am a current client of this provider They are a little hard to get along with. Sometimes, the aide and her don't get along. They help her by doing things that she wants them to do. They take her to doctor's appointments and stay with her the entire time. I like who I deal with very much. Marie is very helpful. We are dealing with 2 elderly people, and one changes appointments around. Marie is very helpful.

I am a current client of this provider It has made it, so I don't have to worry about my father 24 hours a day. They have been very communicative. We did have an issue with the weekend worker at first, but the second one has been fine. My dad seems to like them very much. It has been good so far.

I am a past client of this provider It provided her the daily care she needed. She needed light house work and meals. She also needed help with her physical therapy. They have good quality of help.

I am a current client of this provider My husband and I are extremely pleased with Synergy Home Care. My husband has ALS and requires the use of equipment and pretty much total dependence on someone else. Our caregiver is excellent and is truly a CAREgiver. She shows that she cares about her job and her client as if he were her own family. We consider her one of the family. When times of progression get tough we cry together. We laugh together everyday.
