I am a past client of this provider The most positive part of the care was that the caregiver had taken care of handicapped people before. I think that they are responsive. They had good hiring criteria.
I am a past client of this provider The office was very helpful in getting people at the last minute if we needed extra hours. I liked that they always filled the time slots that we needed. They very punctual, polite and very kind.

They try to give the adequate care that my husband needs. They are conscientious about what their employees do.
I am a past client of this provider The biggest thing is when they are giving 24/7 care, not all of the caregivers are qualified as they could be. They have a lot of caring staff.
I am a past client of this provider We had hospice and Synergy both. The Synergy aide was not well trained on how to use a bedpan, with placement and so forth. She should have had more training, in regards to helping the patient use a bedpan. There was some inconsistency with whether the aide could administer pre-dosed medication, or not. They went back and forth on whether they could or couldn't. They need a consistent, well-understood policy.
I am a current client of this provider They help by just being here for my husband. I like the people that have been here. The owner is very compassionate and understanding. I liked the whole feel of the company.
