I am a past client of this provider It helped me a lot. It gave me time for my work and time to go away for a bit as well. I could go on small vacations. Otherwise, I couldn't do it. They are a smaller operation. They are very user friendly, and they go out of their way to help people out.

I am a current client of this provider I know that someone else cares and that they are available to help. They do a nice job, but they can't be perfect. They are always very nice and they know what they are doing.

I am a past client of this provider The caregivers provided me with physical therapy. The caregivers communicated with me and did good work.

I am a current client of this provider The caregiver converses quite a bit. I think they know how to treat my wife well. They seem to be helpful, and my wife likes the caregiver they've sent to help her out. Everything seems to be going well.

I am a current client of this provider The impact is positive. With the people they sent, it's been good except for one, which we dealt with. I think they've tried to do everything she's required. Maybe the problems that are encountered with any home care services is not necessarily with the caregivers themselves because I think they've sent good caregivers, but it's very difficult to deal with the person that they're caring for. I am a current client of this provider My mother-in-law has someone from Synergy HomeCare once every two weeks or so to help her with shopping or anything she needs assistance with. So far, everything's been OK. The owner of the company visited her, and my mother-in-law was very happy about that, said the owner was very nice, left her his card, and told her to call him when and if she needs anything. I am a current client of this provider My mother couldn't exist without a twenty-four hour caregiver there. The caregiver does everything for her. I like the caregiver we have used. She is a lovely lady and we are very pleased. When she is on vacation, they have good replacements. It is all handled very nicely.
