I am a past client of this provider They had a very small impact on us. I had started with therapy about the same time, and my therapist wasn't sure why we had the services. We didn't ask them to do a lot, but they were not self motivated to do more. We were told they could do light housekeeping, but I would have to tell them to do everything, even if it was apparent what needed to be done. I just feel like there was a lot of sitting. Most nurses don't sit, but these nurses did.

I am a current client of this provider Right from the very beginning, Shasta from Synergy made us feel welcome and cared for. She was patient and kind with my mother, who recently had a heart attack and had a stent put in. My mother is a caregiver, not used to accepting help and certainly a very proud and private person. She did NOT want any help, certainly not with bathing. Shasta knew just whom to send...Michelle. What a blessing! I am a current client of this provider It is very helpful. I am only with them two days. I am very pleased with what is going on. I would recommend them at anytime. There is always room for improvement.

I am a current client of this provider I cannot lift my husband, so by them coming, it has made my life a lot easier. In the beginning, they were inconsistent with sending the caregivers, but they have gotten better.

I am a past client of this provider They were really good for me. One time I had a medical issue, and the caregiver called to make sure I was okay even when she wasn't working. I would definitely recommend them. I use them when I need help. It is nice to know I can count on them when I need them.

I am a current client of this provider I am in a wheelchair. They help me get in and out of the cars, get in and out of doctor's offices, and they fold my wheelchair down. I wish I could have them more often. They are very caring and I value each one of them. They are special people.
