I am a past client of this provider Maurine worked with us for many months during the end of last year and the beginning of this year. During this time, she took care of my 91 year old mother who has advanced dementia. The minute Maurine walked in, she clicked right away with Mom. She stayed with her during all of her time at the house finding inventive ways to keep her busy and exercise her . They played games and did coloring and puzzles. I am a current client of this provider Synergy Home Care does an excellent job of working with clients and their families in tailoring service to meet client needs. All caregivers are friendly, polite, kind and prompt in providing expected services. Management is very willing to work with client issues and discuss and implement required adjustments in a prompt, professional manner.

I am a current client of this provider When my father started faltering from Alzheimer's it was fast. I had to quickly figure out next steps. I found Synergy on a home care website. It had many good reviews. I called and asked about Spanish speaking caregivers. I was put through to Marcelo who explained everything Synergy offered. I am a current client of this provider I had called Synergy for care for my father after my mother had passed away. He was having a really hard time doing day to day activities. With our family working it was hard to get over there every day and make sure he was doing okay. Synergy sent over one of their caregivers to help my father. She cooks for him, does his laundry and helps him in any way he asks. She is always on time and the office staff is so great about communicating with me and my father about any changes. I am a current client of this provider I am the daughter of the client Shirley H. who is cared for by Synergy Home Care. It is so important for me to know that I can rely on Synergy as Mom is in Florida and I am in NY. Mr. Rajan has always done his best to send caretakers who are a good fit for my mom. She is not an easy person to deal with. Also, he is very diligent about keeping in touch with me about any change in routine that comes up. I would feel completely comfortable recommending Synergy to anyone.
