I am a past client of this provider Synergy was fabulous to my Mother. They always took such good care of her and she was always so happy when we would go see her. The staff was always so helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend a visit to Synergy if one of your family members need assisted living at some point in the future.

I am a friend or relative of a resident We used Synergy for a few weeks for my sister, but she passed away. They came in once a week, and they were fine. The administrator people and the nurse were very pleasant and nice. One aide seems to be very good and nice. It was a good experience overall. Areas to improve on -- the very first day, the one assigned didn’t show up. I called and waited to hear back for hours, and it was snowing that day. I am a current client of this provider We tried several different caretakers until she found someone she felt comfortable with. It's like she has a friend coming to see her instead of dreading the fact that she needs help.

I am a current client of this provider They have home care for my husband and light housekeeping for me. We have been using Synergy for two months now. My husband likes him, I like him, and he is an excellent worker. I found them to be extremely efficient.

I am a past client of this provider Synergy provided the most wonderful care for my wife's final days. They were here within 3 hours officially to engage them. The ladies all became like family members as they provided a very high end of compassionate care. They were truly God-sent.

I am a current client of this provider I found that Synergy is very focused on client satisfaction. If a home care aid is is not satisfactory to you they quickly remove them and send a new person as soon as possible. If you need a temporary or a permanent schedule change they will make it happen. The aids they send will vary in background but all seem to have a caring attitude. If they do not they are replaced. I interviewed this provider We were pressed for time in getting our father signed up with Synergy Home Care and found this company to be exactly what we needed and wanted. From the supervisor to the caregivers, has been efficient and we are very pleased with the outcome. The two women that look after our father are amazing, caring and loving. My siblings, our father and I are extremely happy with Synergy. I would recommend them to all my friends. It gives us a sense of comfort knowing our dad is being well cared for.

Because of the immediate response they provided, we were able to have our mother move out of a care facility and into our home. They matched her with a kind and caring woman who provides help and companionship on a daily basis.
