I am a current client of this provider I think the agency needs to listen a little better. Initially, we had a caregiver who was inconsistent, but they replaced her with someone better.

I am a current client of this provider The day we really needed someone, Alex came, and that was great, but others just sat around and didn't help with what was needed. We've had some great helpers, but some of them could do a little better with self-initiative and consistency with the caregivers we prefer.
