I am a current client of this provider The administration has been very responsive and are on top of things. They plan well and have answered lots of questions. They are only there every 2 to 3 weeks, but they take them to and from doctor's appointments.

I am a current client of this provider There have been a couple of times when there was a billing issue or miscommunication with scheduling. We had an issue where the caregiver gave my mother the wrong medicine. Linda is very good with communication, very helpful, and went above and beyond.

I am a current client of this provider They know this, but I was there during the transition from binders in the home to all electronic for care notes. I personally think the care notes should be printed and left at the patient's home. That's not the case anymore, I just think it would be easier if printed and left at the home. They continue to focus on the items of where he needs help, and where he's not straying off the list too much.
