I am a past client of this provider I didn't have to worry about her while I was gone. The caregiver was very helpful. It was really nice when I wasn't there. I really appreciate them, but I hope we don't need to use them again.

I am a past client of this provider They were there for my dad and provided friendship. I really liked the way they treated my dad.

I am a current client of this provider They are very helpful and ask me what they can do sometimes. They are very helpful with my mom, they do laundry, they empty the dishwasher, and they make the bed and help her shower if she needs it.

I am a current client of this provider Safety-wise, it is good. As of yesterday, the person who has been coming is sick so I haven't had my regular caregiver. I've had someone else who doesn't really know what they are doing. They aren't getting a read out of what they should do.

I am a past client of this provider I think they needed to come less times, so he could heal more. It seems like it took forever for him to recover during the scheduled time-frame. I think everything was fine, I liked the timeliness of the person that came. He was always on time.

I am a current client of this provider I don't have a specific answer to that but the caregiver coming is doing everything I ask her to do and is doing a nice job. There have been a couple of times where she hasn't followed directions but I'm not sure if that's my fault or not. It wasn't anything serious. A couple of times, I get not the most timely calls back from the office. Sometimes I can't get ahold of my caregiver directly.

I am a current client of this provider For the last month, it has made out lives a lot easier. The caregiver we have now is dynamite. The quality of service that we have gotten is excellent.

I am a current client of this provider I am only getting someone here to clean. They do whatever I need. I just needed the basics at first, and now they find extra things to do. They are very helpful. They do things I never knew I needed. I am so happy about the person that does my cleaning.

I am a past client of this provider I think the caregivers that did work out did help him out a bit, and someone would help him with his exercise. We did have to tell someone of the caregivers to not come back because they were a little to rough with my loved one. They need match the caregivers better with us.
