Our experience with Will as A+. Our daughter recently hurt her knee playing soccer. We will able to get a very quick appointment with Will. This being a first in terms of injuries it is so important to get the right person to work with. Will loves his job and working with people and it shows in his patience and care while working with our daughter. Will Thorpe fitted my husband with a knee brace. He was so friendly and attentive. Plus he travelled over 100 miles to make sure we got the brace in time for a trip. Best ever! Thank you Will.

Over the past two years, we have come to know Will Thorpe quite well.My son has unfortunately been a frequent flyer with knee injuries.After his first surgery, Will fitted Matt with a PCL brace. I rarely leave a review but Will was absolutely great and helpful, so decided to share my experience. I hurt my knee and had a surgery done a few days ago, and I know the recovery is absolutely the most crucial part of the entire process. The braces Synergy provided have been amazing and all the advice and recommendations given by Will prior to the surgery came in handy after the surgery. I had Will Thorpe come and fit me for a knee/leg brace and he was absolutely amazing! He was knowledgeable, personable, and very friendly. He made me feel very comfortable despite the pain of my injury and was even able to give me some helpful knee exercises to strengthen my muscles. He knows what he is doing and I highly recommend him!!!

Jamie P. in New York went above and beyond for me with my brace by coming to me in the car when I got my brace stuck on the seat to go home after a doctors appointment and something made a snapping noise. She completely adjusted my brace and fixed the problem all while I was inside the car. She is a great, caring, and well educated person. She has helped me twice now with my brace and has made herself available for me whenever I need her. Cannot thank her enough for her great service! My brace feels so much better now. �
