We can not say enough how grateful we are for the phone call that we received from Will Thorpe a day after my husband had meniscal surgery. He got us in quickly and in a new brace. Very professional and friendly. So, excited for the healing to begin!

First I will tell you about the customer service. The company was aware I had an upcoming trip and even with a big nor’easter and two feet of snow the brace arrived in time. Will, was amazing. He called me several times to assure me he would get the brace on me if it arrived before Sunday. Not only was I fitted at 5 pm saturday night, he came to my home.
