Excellent service. The two gentleman were very professional. They explained the issue and once the unit was installed, showed me the basics of how to adjust the temp and troubleshoot the system. Highly recommend Synergy3.
Synergy3 was absolutely professional and knowledgeable in resolving my issue associated with my boiler system. Boris arrived on time and worked very diligently in completing all the necessary steps (over 3 hours). I would 💯refer them for any heating and cooling issues you may have. I still more work to be done, but the initial work went very well.
They came to do some electrical work in the attic and went up on the roof to drill holes. I don’t even know exactly what they were doing, but now I have a leaking roof because of it. Great job. I hope you don’t do this to anyone else. You are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
Boiler was replaced. Volo and Alex were here for 11 hours, working non-stop in a cramped 300-year old basement without a complaint. They were a true pleasure to work with, from explaining what they were doing and why, to cleaning up. They were amazing! Thank you Synergy 3.
