Have multiple Bryant units, systems. Andrew took the time to explain problems as he encountered them, as well as made suggestions for good ongoing maintenance. He communicated well on top of thorough Synergy3 alerts I received. He showed up on time, and was transparent about problems and any improvements/fixes. Ian did a wonderful job on my attic insulation project. He managed a large project perfectly even short handed. He cleaned up everything and made sure the work was done correctly before leaving. Would highly recommend
Weatherization Tech Jason & HVAC tech were cordial, professional and thorough with his inspection of my home. Jason wore protective coverings on his shoes & inspected my attic although it was extremely hot in there with no complaints. HVAC even came back to double check the measurements for my new gas boiler/hot water heater. Highly recommended!
Techs were at my home 7/20/26 for various projects.The worked the entire day without taking any breaks to complete all planned projects, as needed. They were very professional and courteous and respectful as well. I have been highly impressed and satisfied with Synergy3. I highly recommend them. The technician/installer are very knowledgeable very neat and clean job.
