Tom assisted us with the purchase of a new couch. He was friendly, and gave us space while we wandered the store to check out all the options. He was very transparent about pricing and got back to me quickly via text. The whole purchase process was stellar and I recommend reaching out to Tom for your next furniture purchase. I’ve always been happy with the quality of Raymour & Flanigan, my family has used them for years.

My experience with Raymour and Flanigan Furniture and mattress outlet was excellent. I was not pounced upon at the door which was wonderful. After a few minutes I was greeted by a sales representative who asked if he could help finding anything. He took us to area of the store for bedroom furniture and pointed out where we could find what we were looking for, then left and said he would check back with us after we had time to browse. I bought a very nice chest. Tim Carroll (Home Furnishing & Sleep Consultant) was kind enough to help me find it in the store. Tim is very nice, polite & helpful. He answered all of my questions. The chest was delivered in about 4 days. I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely be going there again.

I have a wonderful experience from the time I walked in the store until it was time to leave. I was greeted politely upon entering the store and the gentleman that served me win my purchase. I was only going in Raymour &Flanigan to see what they have to offer like I did with other stores but the way I was treated by the rep I decided to make the purchase and I didn't regret making the purchase even though I spent a little more.

after visiting 4 furniture stores in 2weeks, looking for the perfect couch and loveseat combo, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had 3 that I liked and had to choose. I very much appreciated the acknowledgment upon entry and the no-pushy sales approach.
