Verified Renter Staff is courteous and respectful. Maintenance is always responsive and helpful. Neighbors can be loud at times and the number of vacant reserved parking can be annoying, but overall a decent place to stay.

Verified Renter Overall, I enjoy living here. It’s a good area next to the river trail and the apartments are nice. However, most of the summer the pool was out of service with no real communication. Same with the gym, it was shut down for a bit with no notice and only sparse updates. During the last year, there had been approximately 2 weeks when all the gates have been properly functioning.
