Verified Renter So far so good, everything is going well. My move in experience has been wonderful. Just a little FYI, please don’t forget to register your guest vehicles because I seen them towing and it took them less than 5 minutes.

Verified Renter Quiet neighbors, helpful maintenance, and nightly trash pickup are all great features of this community. The laundry concierge is also a nice touch. The staff does a good job of communicating updates via email. The gated community is a great security feature, although it is sometimes not functional. It is unfortunate that you have to pay for a package locker box monthly even if you never use it. Verified Renter Move-in was good. Staff was great. The complex looks good coming in. It’s peaceful and quiet. Outside of the parking and only one entrance in the building, everything is good so far. I spoke with a resident moving out and they said this was a great place.
