Verified Renter Overall a positive experience! Management changes have been a bit rocky, but the current staff is great. They are making strides to improve resident experience. However, the amenity fee is ridiculously high at $95 a month. A cleaning staff comes every week for common spaces, but the building could use some attention to overall upkeep. The maintenance team has been helpful when needed. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood.

Verified Renter Sorrento is a beautiful complex on league city parkway! Clean simple landscaping still green and friendly. With great amenities. The kitchen has to mentioned for its size, excellent storage space. The apartments with attached garage is a big plus!
