Verified Renter There are 4 EV charging stations here! When I first moved in they were not working, but Sheila from the Leasing Office has worked so hard to troubleshoot it for me and get the charging station company to come fix them. Now they are finally up and running! Thank you so much to Amalfi for making this happen! On top of the overall vibe being friendly and modern, Amalfi is a great place to live.

Verified Renter Office staff can be hard to reach, b he are generally helpful/kind. apartment is generally in good condition, but several aspects were poorly planned. Otherwise, small maintenance items like loose faucets, missing door stops were the only items that are cause for concern. Overall for price, very good area and peaceful so far.
