It's clean, quiet... (Verified Renter) It's clean, quiet and the people are very friendly and I can tell the neighbors respect each other. The only reason I gave an 8 is because of the roaches & kitchen being dirty when I moved in.
Verified Renter The location is wonderful for me -- 1.7 miles from a great elementary school. The office staff is always friendly, pleasant and very helpful. I appreciate the quick response to my maintainence issues.... which are few.

Verified Renter I love the convenience of the apartment location. I dont like the response time of maintenance which is basically nonexistent. The trash compactor keeps breaking, so residents are forced to leave trash bags outside the compactor and we received a letter threatening to charge ridiculous fees for EACH bag that is left whether it belongs to me or not.
