Verified Renter The Pear Tree is a nice community. We have issues with the dog park because some tenants are not responsible for their dogs excrement. If people would have some respect for their fellow neighbors this place would be amazing.

Best place to live on east side! The floor plans are very spacious, the amenities are awesome, and the grounds are beautiful. And all for an extremely reasonable rate. Also they are the only apartments that had hookup for gas dryer, which is what I have. Maintenance team is Johnny on the spot, and office staff is very helpful and friendly.
