Verified Renter It is getting better now. Almost everything in my unit is broken from washer to AC they keep fixing it and it keeps on breaking. They fixed AC a week ago and it has stopped working again

Verified Renter The ladies in the office are great and really helped me through the process of everything…there are a couple of reasons why the one star is gone but it’s due to the tenants not picking up after their fur babies and all the glass, metal, and plastic on the ground that everyone just walks by:..we have to all work together to keep it safe for all of our babies…human and fur babies as well…sandstone community as a whole seem to be very friendly:..I love it here!

Verified Renter It’s only a 4 star cause we wanted the floor unit but it’s up a flight of stairs. Other than that we have no issues and love the apartment. Not sure how February will affect rent only having 28 days in the month.

They take great care of the residents and are the most helpful and professional team . I can’t say enough good about the The Retreat. It’s a great place to call home.
