Verified Renter The elevator is constantly down. It happens so much that I no longer feel comfortable using it. The Staff are all great and very friendly, but my main complaint is the constant issues with the elevator. Also, the previous management would occasionally have snacks out near the coffee bar every other morning. I'm not sure if this happens anymore.

Verified Renter This place isn’t bad, the only downsides are the water being shut off like once or twice a week, but only to a few different buildings every week, most of the time the laundry areas are included so there’s hardly any time to get your laundry done if you don’t have one in your unit already. They just added speed bumps by the gates, personally I thought it was better without them but oh well. Other than that it’s a very chill spot. The ponds have ducks, turtles, and frogs hanging out, which is pretty cool

Verified Renter Overall, pretty good place. The community room never has coffee or cups like they used to, and the gate still doesn’t work. But, aside from that, it isn’t a bad place besides a few people at leasing who have an attitude issue for no reason.
