Verified Renter It's been ok I was kind of surprised with paying for water, maintenance, sewer and so many other fees, but the place is clean, and it's a very nice place to live around, it's still not understanding way I'm paying for extra things but I should have looked more closely at the contract, it's ok I like living here

Verified Renter I have been living here at Candlewood for 8 years and this is home and I love it. The location, the area, the convenience are all fabulous and there is no better personnel than Ann, Yasmine and Andrew. The whole complex is clean - up to date - and taken care of constantly.

Verified Renter The few times I've needed maintenance, it was quick response time, work done correctly and quickly, and all the associates are very nice. See them periodically in the parking lot on their carts, and always a smile and a friendly wave from them all.
