She was (a) clear, (b) kind and (c) prompt in her communications with us. It was easy to ask questions, and get the information needed. When we needed a preapproval letter on a weekend evening, she was able to get it to us without a problem. There were a couple lags in communication, but she was apologetic when it happened, and she was never late on anything important. Would be happy to work with her again.
