When I had specific questions Tammy was very good about explaining them in a way I understood. I would have liked her to be easier to get ahold of when I called, but I guess she is super busy with the market the way it is now. Also, I didn't always know what to ask and how, so I felt there could have been something to guide me in what to ask, I don't recall there being something like that. Also, a more visual guide of what to expect and progress as we went through would have been good to have.

Did a good job of explaining the different steps and what to expect. The app was very helpful and easy to use. Sometimes it seemed as though calls/texts were not answered very quickly. Cici from processing did a great job, and she was very responsive. Overall a very positive experience, and would highly recommend Churchill Mortgage to others!
