Although my husband mostly talked to Tammy, he and I both were so impressed with how knowledgeable she was with the status of our loan application. She gave us some harsh truth at times too. She knew the answers to our questions immediately, never judged us despite us feeling nervous and unsure of how this all would work out, and always returned calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner (fatster than I do anyway!). Oh, and she has a sense of humor!! Love her so much!

Tammy did such a fabulous job explaining the details, communicating what was needed, and keeping us informed about the status of our loan. She clearly knew her stuff and made the time to answer our many, many questions as we went through the entire process, from the initial application until closing on our new home. I could not be happier with the quality of service she provided!

Tammy went above and beyond to walk me through the underwriting process and teach me everyone's role throughout the purchase. She always made herself available and had a quick turnaround with everything she did. I highly recommend Churchill Mortgage in general and Tammy Cullen in particular. P.S - I never leave reviews or do surveys because I don't like wasting my time, but Tammy truly earned this!

Everyone at Churchill had great working attitudes and always pleasant. Everything they did was fast and accurate and unlike most mortgage companies,they only asked for things once and we're very organized. It was very low stress compared to previous experiences.
