This was my first home buying experience. Tammy made it very easy for me to understand what I could afford, and what some of my options were to increase my buying power. She was also VERY patient and kind in also communicating with my parents. My parents gave me gift money for down payment and were involved some in my buying g process. Tammy took the time to answer all our questions and (I think) went above and beyond on offering some good advice. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!
