This is my second loan with Tammy. My first loan a couple years ago was a very unconventional cash out refi that she managed to make happen. This one was a little more normal but still very clear through the process and we were able to get it done fairly quickly. She's clear with the list of needs up front and very easy to work with. The loan process got to be quite confusing once we were transferred to the loan processor. We didn't know who we were supposed to reach out to with questions and our loan processor seemed like she didn't know what was going on or what documents we needed. It was definitely a stressful back-and-forth process.

I can't blame it on Tammy but I was not impressed with the ability to provide me documents that were accurate. Whether it was the underwriter/processor whomever, I was bothered the first time I was asked to sign a document with amounts not correct. I was told if I didn't sign it would slow down the whole process (and it did the week of closing). On the day of closing the Notary arrived with papers for our final signature with the wrong amounts! It was a waste of much time & very stressful.
