Tammy successfully guides us through a refinancing process overcoming unusual obstacles all the way! The Pandemic through wrenches into rates, locks, fundings, etc. Even through our locking day when the service provider's network was overwhelmed and didn't come online until 2pm. Tammy was very clear on the process, costs, timelines etc. right from the onset.
