Tammy Pollard is one the most thorough, professional and well connected brokers I have ever worked with. She is consistent in her communication, always available (even with 11-12 hour global time differences, when she travels), knows how to navigate around myriad issues that tend to come up in refinancing, and just a great person to work with.
