We have used Tammy's services off and on for nearly 10 years for various refi's of our primary residence, so it was an easy choice for us to have her involved in our recent purchase of a second home. Tammy and her team were great to work with throughout our home search and purchase process including detailed research on FEMA flood plain classifications that helped narrow our search. FIRST HOME MORTGAGETammy and her team did an excellent job. My fiance and I were buying our first home, Tammy was extremely helpful with all of the questions that come with your first major purchase. I can't say enough good things about Tammy's group. Very Responsive and helpful. The process was very quick and painless. Would definitely recommend for first time home buyers.
