Tammy was very patient and helpful through my first home buying experience. She always gave me honest and fast responses. She made my entire experience wonderful from start to finish and I truly feel like I would not be in my home today, if I had not crossed paths with Tammy. I would recommend her to anyone. The thought of buying my first home was a scary proposition. I had researched areas, mortgage rates, condominiums vs. a traditional home but was not prepared for the entire loan process. Fortunately Tammy was there to “hold” my hand as WE walked through the entire loan process. Without Tammy calming me down and reassuring me that everything will be okay I don’t think I would have gotten through the entire process. Thank you Tammy!!!!

Tammy was so thorough and efficient with the processing of our loan and took care to assure we were always communicated with at every step of the way. Tammy went above and beyond our expectations and we feel like she treated us like family. Tammy has done multiple refi's for us and we wouldn't think of going to anyone else. I have worked with Tammy on the purchase of my home as well as several refinances. She provides great follow up on current rates and great communication and follow up through the process. I would recommend Tammy for both new home purchases and refinancing.

I could not be more pleased with Tammy's professionalism and understanding of my needs. Her patience and clarity of explanation are extraordinary. My phone calls were answered promptly and I will continue to contact her any time I need mortgage services or have questions regarding the adviseability of additional re-financing or buying a new mortgage in the event that becomes a need. There was one situation when I overlooked the fact that she is in an earlier time zone and she returned my call at 7:30am central time.

We weren't even looking for a house, when we met Tammy. We had no clue where we stood in terms of what we could borrow or what the numbers would be. From the very beginning, Tammy provided a pre-approval with estimates. I have worked with Tammy refinancing my first home and through the purchase and refinancing of my second home. Through out the entire process Tammy and her support staff were extremely helpful. Tammy always followed up my to make sure that I understood where we were in the process and always took time to answer my questions.
